Order Policy

  • After we have received your order, any Cancellation order/ item/ color/ size in order list are not allowed .
  • Change of mind is unfortunately not applicable. 

Shipping Policy

  • All Order will be shipped in 7 working days excluding Weekend & Public Holidays.
  • Orders submitted after 12pm will be process the next working day.
  • Tracking Number emailed once shipped.

Return Policy

  • Online Purchase (Website) : Return valid for defect or faulty item.
  • Offline Purchase (Boutique) : Return not valid for any.

Step 2 : Find your desired item, choose color, size & quantity, then click on 'Add To Cart' button.
 


View your cart & click Checkout!
 


 

Step 3 : Quick Checkout! Fill in yours & your customer details.

 


 

Step 4 :  Review the order, Click Place Your Order & proceed to Payment Gateway.

Payment Gateway choice : Online Banking [Cimbclicks, Bank Islam, Maybank etc] & Cards (Debit/ Credit)
 

              

You will received emails;
1) Bill ID Email for Billplz/ Senangpay (Payment Gateway)
2) Confirmation Order Email (Review your order details) *also review your order on Order History on website


Step 5 : After payment succesfully received, you will return to Succesfull Page with Order Details.

SHIPPING

Q1: Courier

  • 100% POSLAJU for shipping.
  • If POSLAJU are having problem with their system or on Public Holiday break, We will consider the use of other courier [Pgeon, NinjaVan etc]

Q2: How Long does it takes for my parcel to reach me?

  • All order will be shipped within 7 working days [Mon - Fri].

  • Orders submitted after 12pm will be shipped the next working days.

    NOTE : For Raya Festive/ Peak Season, please be informed that shipping process may takes longer that stated period. 

Q3: Tracking Number

  • Tracking Number are emailed once shipped.
  • Other than that, you can view the tracking number in your Order History.
  • Trace record may takes up to 24hour to be available on POSLAJU tracking system.

Q5: How can I estimate the shipping cost?
  • Add desired/ any item into cart & View Cart.

    Tips: For New Release item
    All shipping cost are same for all item/pc.
    Add to cart using the same material or category.

  • Choose 'Estimate Shipping & Taxes' & insert state address along with the postcode.
    *Click Get Quotes

  • Choose either POSLAJU or Self Pick Up. Click Apply Shipping.


 

  • Total amount appeared are the amount Dropship should pay.
    *Please check the commission before proceed to checkout.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Return Policy

  • Faulty/ Defect Item can be return/ exchangeable within 7 working days after receiving parcel.
  • Item can be exchange with the same faulty itemcollection, colour, and size.
  • Item must be undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered & unworn.
  • Sale items are non-returnable.
  • Example of returnable conditions : Received wrong order, Torn Stitches, soiled etc
    *Change of mind or purchase wrong size are not allowed for return.
    *Depends on availibility of stock.

Return Guidelines

Step 1: Email details to sales.bymi@gmail.com

Step 2: Customer need to return the parcel to HQ to the address given.

  • Customer are encourage to use DFOD service by J&T.
  • All return & repost will be borne by MI.

Step 3: Once parcel or tracking number have been received, new item will be shipped.

  • Double check if there is changes in the address.
  • New Tracking Number will be updated through email.
