LOCAL DELIVERY (WITHIN MALAYSIA)
 

Q1: What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?

  • We use & charge shipping rate via POSLAJU. It may varies depends on the weight and location shipped.
    Current charges will be;
    1. Peninsular Malaysia RM8.
    2. Sabah & Sarawak RM10.​
  • PosLaju is a next day delivery service and makes deliveries Monday - Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays (Malaysia).
     

Q2: How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

  • All orders will be post within 7 working days (Monday – Friday) via PosLaju.
  • Orders submitted after 12pm will be shipped the next working days.  
  • Once it is made available, Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order. If you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact sales.bymi@gmail.com
    NOTE : While for Raya Festive/ Peak Season, please be informed that shipping process may take longer than above stated period. Please contact our Customer Service through email sales.bymi@gmail.com for any update regarding your order.
  • Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your tracking code appears in PosLaju’s tacking system.
  • If customers do not receive their order within 7 working days after receiving tracking number via email, track your shipment at http://www.poslaju.com.my/track-trace/
     

Q3: If I received wrong item or defect item, can I ask for exchange?

  • If you received faulty item, you can return it within 7 days of original receipt for exchange with same faulty itemcollection, colour, and size.
  • The faulty item must be undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn, otherwise it cannot be exchange.
    Note: Sale Item are not returnable.
  • If the faulty is from HQ, HQ will bear the shipping cost of return and repost item.
  • All exchange item cannot be refunded with money, it must be with the item.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (WORLDWIDE)
 

Q1: What are the international shipping methods?

  • We offer international shipping via PosLaju International too.
  • Shipping charges will depend on the quantity/weight of each parcel.
  • Our system will automatically calculate the weight and the amount you should pay will be display at the end of the order process.
     

Q2: How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

  • Transit time normally within 5 - 10 working days.
  • Tracking numbers will be provided by email once order has been processed.

SELF-PICKUP (BOUTIQUE)
 

  • All Self-pickup will be processed in 1 - 2 working days but for busy weekdays/ peak season, orders will be processed within 2 - 5 working days.
  • You can pickup your order once you have received an email stated 'Ready For Pickup' for stated Order ID.
  • To collect your order, waze/ google maps 'Tateh Bangi' landmark & mention your Order ID to pick up.
